His knowledge of Oriental rugs is amazing
I’ve known Wade Shehady for many years. His family operated business is 2nd to none. I own and operate an area rug cleaning business that has used the services at Shehady’s Oriental Rugs several times with outstanding results that my clients love. In October of 2017 I attended a rug repair class at his shop that now allows me to do several smaller repairs in house. His knowledge of Oriental rugs is amazing. I highly recommend them.

They treat you like family
I really enjoyed visiting Shehady’s Oriental Rugs. They have repaired several rugs for me and their repairs look great and last. This is a family run business and they treat you like family when you are there. It is a worthwhile stop for any rug collector or rug owner. The small showroom is piled with some exquisite antique rugs.

Shehady’s is one of the most amazing shops in the whole United States. Wade and his sisters work together to do impeccable rug repair work. They are also one of the most giving, knowledgeable companies I know offering educational classes in rug repair to rug cleaners and students trying to learn the proper way to repair beautiful Antique, Vintage and newer production Oriental Rugs. From Coast to Coast, whether you have a Beautiful rug or want to learn the Fine Art of Oriental Rug Repair and Cleaning you won’t find a shop better than Shehady’s anywhere.

I have never witnessed any finer repair work
Wade Shehady is a expert when it comes to investment quality textiles and specializes in vintage and antique woven treasures. I have never witnessed any finer repair work then completed by team Shehady. Above all very honest man who takes after his father and holds himself to a very high ethical standard. Customer service is outstanding. Purchasing a woven treasure or having that family heirloom restored you can’t go wrong working with the Shehady family.
