This 18th century Transylvanian Prayer Rug was hand-knotted somewhere around 1720 – making this a rare antique most people will never see. 

Because this rug is over 300 years old it suffered a bit wear through time and required that we restore the entire center field. To preserve as much value as possible restoring an antique rug such as this one, you need to have weavers who understand the construction of these old rugs so they can be flawlessly restored.
